After downgrading from the Storefront Plan, a few things will happen. All of the store specific features that you previously had access to will no longer be accessible from your seller dashboard. On a smaller level, there will be a few items that will change in functionality slightly.Upon downgrading, you will be prompted with the following dialog:The following tabs will no longer appear in your dashboard:
For additional details on what this means, please read the details below for each feature.Designer / WebsiteYour website will be removed after you confirm removal of the storefront plan. Please ensure that you are ready to remove your website from being indexed by search engines. Additionally - please understand that this means your site will not be accessible, neither by yourself or your customers.Additionally - your website designs will no longer show within the seller dashboard. You will not be able to access them unless you re-upgrade to the storefront plan.Please note: We will save a copy of all the designs you have made. If you ever decide to re-upgrade, you will be able to access those theme designs again.Referral ProgramYour referral program app will no longer appear within the App Store.Please Note: Your subscribers will lose the referral program progress that they have made while referring their friends to purchase from your store. For this reason, we highly recommend that you reach out to your subscribers to notify them of these upcoming changes before they loose their progress, so that they can redeem their referral program coupons.Users (Admin Management)You will no longer see the Users tab. This tab allows you to add and manage additional admin users for your Cratejoy store.Please note: Though you will not be able to see this tab, admins you have previously created will be able to login to your seller dashboard. If you require that these admins no longer have access to your store - please reach out to our support team for assistance.Notification LogYou will no longer see the Notification Log under Analytics.Error LogYou will no longer be able to see the checkout error log under Analytics.
