Go to Shipments

From the merchant portal, choose Shipments from the navigation menu.




Find the Shipment

You can either scroll through the list of shipments or use the Unshipped Filter to find the shipment you need. All the information regarding the shipment is displayed here, including:

  • The contents of the shipment
  • The customer's name
  • The order number
  • The subscription number
  • The status of the shipment
  • The customer's address

From here you can also Print Shipping Labels, mark an item as shipped, and Cancel a Shipment.
