    What would I put for the value if I wanted to redirect to my checkout page? And can the survey responses submitted be displayed on the checkout page?

    Dave, it has been a while since I worked with this, but I believe step 3 is in subscribe.html where the other "stage" code blocks (e.g. product, variants, terms) are.
    Roshni, there is a bit of info about the append_kvp filter on this page http://docs.cratejoy.com/docs/filters. In simple terms, it is taking the current url and appending a key value pair to the url. So if your customer is choosing a shirt color, you would use
    <input name="redirect_url" type="hidden" value="{{ base_url | append_kvp('shirt-color_preferences','') }}">
    and so the value for that field may be http://mystore.cratejoy.com/subscribe/shirt-color_red
    This will redirect to the subscribe page and if that is the final step, the user will then be taken to the checkout page. As far as I remember, the meta data is not displayed by default on the checkout page, only on the customer's order page when they log in to their account. But Cratejoy may have made some changes since last April when I was working with surveys for a site. Hope that helps.

    Thank you Amy! Your comment helped me a lot but I'm still can't see the survey at all. I switched my site to test mode to see if the survey would show up after hitting submit in the checkout page but nope.
    Could some one help me please understand what am I doing wrong? I am using the Joybox template and added all pieces of code accordingly by following the instruction above.
    Where is this survey supposed to show up once its created?
    Does anyone has more specific directions for this?

    Thank you so much!

    Thanks Amy! your response helped me understand what was going wrong. The survey works for me now! I'm using the Parcel theme.

    Yhang, do you have more than one product? If not, that could be your issue. See this statement under step 2:
    * If you only have one product, customers never choose a product (it chooses the only option) and you will want to put this in the variant or term selection macros instead.

    Amy, I do have more than one product, 4 to be exact.
    You can check my site out here http://www.souldiersupplykits.com/

    Now its even more weird since i started to play around with the code and finally got the survey to show after the terms by adding Step 2 to the terms file but while it works for must products if I choose the 'Mens' product it will only work in one variant which is the 'Crews and/or Vnecks' option.

    This is sooo crazy though. I can't figured it out.
