There are two reasons why PayPal is disconnected on your store.
1. Checkout with PayPal automatically disconnects if you cancel your subscription with Cratejoy inside PayPal.
How did I do that?
If you go to Active Subscriptions inside PayPal and cancel your Cratejoy subscription than you will automatically disconnect PayPal from your store. We do this because after you cancel your subscription we can no longer accept payments from PayPal on your checkout page.
If you want to disconnect Checkout with PayPal you can always disconnect the payment processor from your Cratejoy account.
If you did this on accident don't worry! You can easily reconnect your PayPal account by selecting Checkout with PayPal again on the payments processor page and completing the sign up process.
2. Checkout with PayPal also will be disconnected if you issue chargebacks against the Cratejoy Transaction Fees.
