This article will guide you on how to update your Cratejoy customer's email address in two easy steps!
1. Find the customer account and login as them
To edit your customer's email address, you would navigate to the customer's record in the Cratejoy Merchant Portal.
Click on the word Action in the right hand corner and select login as <customer name> from the dropdown menu.
2. Click on the Edit button under Account Settings
Once you've clicked on the edit button, you will be taken to the next screen where you will be able to edit the customer's email address and save it.
As soon as it saves, it will be updated in your backend simply refresh your page to see the results. Now your customer will be able to login to their account with the new email address!
